Research Scientist - Flavors

Technical Project Leader in developing new flavor performance systems. Provide flavor performance based support.
Presents research results and progress in technical reports.
Equipment, data acquisition, flavor creation and applications.
Develops, maintains flavor release models and databases.
Scientific development in flavor performance.

Qualifications:
PhD in food science
5+ years experience in flavor performance.
