Research Scientist / Cheese
Requirements: * MS (preferred) Dairy Science, Food Science or related. * 3+ years industry experience in lab setting developing testing and evaluating cheese products, proteins, carbohydrates, functional food ingredients and food products. * Strong knowledge of cheese manufacturing and dairy and carbohydrate chemistry with a proven success identifying and solving product quality-related concerns. * Ability to understand/interpret analytical or production data. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work on cross-functional teams.
