Flavor Chemistry Technician

Kelly Scientific Resources is seeking a QA Technician for a Flavor manufacturing company in the San Clemente area.

Temp-to-hire

Salary range: $15-17hr

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm some weekends and OT (Candidate must have a flexible schedule, hours subject to change)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for QA/QC both Aseptic and conventional batches
Logging in information into the computer system and preparing Certificates of Analysis
Perform micro analysis on a daily basis
Use equipment such as refractometer and ph meters, which involved daily calibration.
Ability to lift 40lbs regularly
Qualifications:

· AS/BS degree in chemistry or Food Science
· Some Food Industry experience preferred
